Below are the details of our delivery and shipping process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience with us here at Little Treasures!

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed on a made to order timeline. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks after receiving your confirmation email for all personalized items.
  • You will receive another email when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Costs

  • All orders shipped in Ireland are €5.
  • All orders shipped to Northern Ireland are €5.50.
  • All orders shipped to Great Britain are €9.00

Customs

Shipping Destination

We ship orders from Ireland to the United Kingdom. Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, shipments may be subject to UK customs procedures.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and/or handling fees once they arrive in the UK.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

The customer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by UK customs authorities or the courier.

Customs Delays

Customs processing times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or payment delays for customs charges.

Refused or Unpaid Customs Charges

If a shipment is:

  • refused by the customer, or

  • returned to us due to unpaid customs or import charges,

we reserve the right to:

  • refuse refunds on all personalized items

Accurate Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Failure to do so may result in customs delays or failed delivery.

Custom Delays 

We have no control over customs fees or tax amounts and cannot advise on specific charges. For more information, customers should contact UK customs authorities or their local customs office before placing an order.

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur.

  • Postal delays
  • High order volume during busy periods.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at littletreasuresembroidery@gmail.com. Please include your order number and an attached photo of your damaged item.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for all lost packages.
